7011.0065 APPLICABILITY.

Subpart 1.

Applicability.

The owner or operator of a stationary source shall comply with parts 7011.0060 to 7011.0080 if the owner or operator elected to use the control equipment efficiencies for listed control equipment established pursuant to part 7011.0070 to calculate potential to emit, from emissions units that discharge through the listed control equipment, to:

A.

determine what type of permit is required, pursuant to part 7007.0150, subpart 4, item B;

B.

determine what type of amendment to a part 70 or state permit is required, pursuant to part 7007.1200;

C.

qualify for an insignificant modification under part 7007.1250;

D.

qualify for registration permit option D under part 7007.1130; or

E.

qualify for a capped permit under parts 7007.1140 to 7007.1148.
