6244.1100 TRANSITION FROM PREVIOUS RULES.

Sections 6244.0100 to 6244.2000 apply to permits issued or renewed after July 1, 1996. Any permit issued or renewed after July 1, 1996, is subject to the requirements of sections 6244.0100 to 6244.2000.
