6130.3700 AIR POLLUTION.

Subpart 1.

Goal.

Mining shall be managed to control avoidable dust.

Subp. 2.

Requirement.

Avoidable dust shall be controlled by techniques such as water spray, chemical binders, anchored mulches, vegetation, and enclosure and containment.
