5500.0200 PURPOSE, CONSTRUCTION, AND WAIVER.

A.

Parts 5500.0100 to 5500.0500 govern the conduct of all proceedings before the commissioner involving mediation and are to be liberally construed to effectuate the purposes and provisions of the Minnesota Labor Relations Act.

B.

The commissioner may waive any requirement of parts 5500.0100 to 5500.0500 unless a party shows that the waived requirement prejudices the party.
