4731.4510 SAFETY INSTRUCTION RECORDS.

A licensee must maintain a record of safety instructions required under parts 4731.4441, 4731.4453, and 4731.4466 for three years. The record must include:

A.

a list of the topics covered;

B.

the date of the instruction;

C.

the names of the attendees; and

D.

the names of the individuals who provided the instruction.
