4731.4310 RECORDS; PERSONNEL MONITORING.
According to part 4731.4170, a licensee must maintain records of:
§
A.
direct reading dosimeter readings and yearly operability checks according to part 4731.4170, subparts 2 and 3, for three years after the record is made;
§
C.
personnel dosimeter results received from the accredited NVLAP processor until the commissioner terminates the license; and
§
D.
estimates of exposures as a result of off-scale personal direct reading dosimeters or lost or damaged personnel dosimeters until the commissioner terminates the license.
