4714.0705 JOINTS AND CONNECTIONS.

UPC subsection 705.10.2 is amended to read as follows:

705.10.2 Expansion Joints. Expansion joints shall be accessible and shall be permitted to be used where necessary to provide for expansion and contraction of the pipes.
