4668.0820 NURSING SERVICES.

Subpart 1.

Scope.

This part applies to a class F home care provider licensee that provides nursing services.

Subp. 2.

Compliance with Minnesota Nurse Practice Act.

Nursing services must be provided according to Minnesota Statutes, sections 148.171 to 148.285, and rules adopted thereunder.
