4664.0480 COMMUNICABLE DISEASE REPORTING.

Subpart 1.

Reportable diseases.

A hospice provider must comply with chapter 4605 as required by part 4605.7030, subpart 6.

Subp. 2.

Fines.

A fine of $300 shall be assessed for each violation of this part.
