4664.0220 NURSING SERVICES.

Subpart 1.

Requirement.

A hospice provider must ensure that nursing services are available and adequate in frequency to meet the needs of the hospice patient.

Subp. 2.

Fines.

A fine of $300 shall be assessed for each violation of this part.
