4626.2005 SCOPE.

Parts 4626.2000 to 4626.2025 apply to:

A.

food establishments that are regulated by the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Health, or local authorities that conduct inspections of food establishments;

B.

individuals applying for certification as a food manager;

C.

persons providing training for food managers; and

D.

persons providing examinations for food managers.
