Except as specified in items B and C, each food establishment must install at least 1 handwashing sink, or the number of handwashing sinks necessary for the convenient use by employees in the areas specified in part 4626.1095.P2
When food exposure is limited and handwashing sinks are not conveniently available at vending machine locations, employees may use chemically treated towelettes for handwashing.
A special event food stand or seasonal temporary food stand that is disassembled after each use may use a handwashing device with water delivered under pressure or by gravity with a faucet or spigot that provides hands-free flow of water.
