4626.1030 5-104.11 WATER SYSTEM.

Water shall be received from the source through the use of:

A.

an approved public water main regulated under chapter 4720; or

B.

one or more of the following:

(1)

a nonpublic water main, water pumps, pipes, connections, and other appurtenances that comply with chapter 4715;

(2)

water transport vehicles that comply with parts 4720.4000 to 4720.4400;

(3)

hoses that comply with NSF International Standard No. 51, which is incorporated by reference in part 4626.0505; or

(4)

water containers that comply with parts 4626.1135 to 4626.1175 and 4720.4000 to 4720.4400.
