4626.0825 SINGLE-SERVICE AND SINGLE-USE ARTICLES; REQUIRED USE. 4-502.12

A food establishment without facilities specified in parts 4626.0840 to 4626.0905 for cleaning and sanitizing kitchenware and tableware must provide only single-use kitchenware, single-service articles, and single-use articles for use by food employees and single-service articles for use by the consumer._P1
