4626.0480 4-101.17 PEWTER; USE LIMITATION.

A.

Pewter shall not be used as a food-contact surface.

B.

Imitation pewter meeting the characteristics of multiuse utensils specified in part 4626.0450 may be used as a food-contact surface.
