4626.0145 3-201.14 FISH.*

A.

Fish that are received for sale or service shall be:

(1)

commercially and legally caught or harvested as prescribed in chapters 1545 and 6200, and Minnesota Statutes, section 31.11 and chapters 97A and 97C; or

(2)

approved for sale or service.

B.

Molluscan shellfish that are recreationally caught shall not be received for sale or service.
