The applicant or permittee, as appropriate, shall promptly notify the chair, the commissioner of health, the commissioner of natural resources, the Pollution Control Agency, and the agent of a community health board as authorized under Minnesota Statutes, section 145A.04, of each county or portion of a county in which investigative activities are conducted of any occurrence during investigative activities and related actions that has a potential for significant adverse health or environmental effects and shall take action as quickly as may be reasonably possible to minimize adverse effects.
