3310.2901 SCOPE AND PURPOSE.

Parts 3310.2901 to 3310.2924 establish procedures for hearings conducted by unemployment law judges on the appeal of department determinations pertaining to eligibility or ineligibility for unemployment benefits, charges to employers' accounts and tax rate assignments, determinations on an employer's liability to pay taxes, determinations on fraudulent payment of unemployment benefits, and all other appeals that are decided by unemployment law judges either by law or rule.
