3300.1500 OVERSIGHT RESPONSIBILITY.

The department shall supervise the projects of the grantees in the following manner:

A.

At least once every three months the department shall monitor and evaluate the operation of projects carried out by the grantees receiving financial assistance under parts 3300.0800 to 3300.1900 through on-site inspections, reviews of reports submitted by grantees, and inspection of their books and records.

B.

The grantee shall give the department access, for the purpose of audit and examination, to any books, documents, papers, information, and records of any weatherization project receiving financial assistance under parts 3300.0800 to 3300.1900.

C.

The commissioner shall conduct an annual audit of the records of a grantee receiving financial assistance under parts 3300.0800 to 3300.1900.
