§
Subpart 1.
Return of prisoner property.
Upon release of a prisoner, the property of that prisoner, unless held for authorized investigation or litigation, must be returned with a receipt for the prisoner to sign or for the transporting officer to sign.
§
Subp. 2.
Transportation.
Prisoners must be permitted to make arrangements for transportation before release.
§
Subp. 3.
No release in intemperate weather.
No prisoner may be released in intemperate weather without proper clothing to ensure the prisoner's health and comfort.
