2915.0200 INTRODUCTION.
Minnesota Statutes, section 611A.33, clause (6), requires that the commissioner of corrections promulgate all rules necessary to implement the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, sections 611A.31 to 611A.36 and 256D.05, subdivision 3, including emergency rules.
