2782.0700 PROGRAM PARTICIPATION.

Subpart 1.

Termination.

A participant may terminate its participation in the program at any time by providing written notice 90 days in advance of the termination to the commissioner and to the committee.

Subp. 2.

New participants.

New participants may join the program at any time by submitting a written request to the commissioner and to the committee.
