Any photocopy of a registration made by the board for an official purpose shall be stamped with the office state seal.
A restoration fee is a fee charged a registrant to restore a registration that has not been renewed in a timely manner. The fee is comprised of the registration fee plus a late penalty fee.
This subpart governs renewals of registrations.
Barbers, instructors, temporary teacher permits, and school registrations shall renew registrations no later than December 31 of each year for the ensuing year to avoid a late penalty fee.
Shop registration shall be renewed by no later than June 30 of each year for the ensuing year to avoid a late penalty fee.
An active barber must hold a current registration and must post it at the work station.
