1800.3850 TRANSITIONAL PERIOD.

Until December 31, 2012, an individual who has taken the Fundamentals of Surveying examination before November 1, 2002, may choose to pursue licensure as a land surveyor under chapter 1800 as it existed on the date the person first took the examination.
