Subpart 1.
Architect Registration Examination.

A.
The National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) shall prepare and furnish the Architect Registration Examination (ARE).
§
B.
An applicant is required to pass all sections of the examination in order to qualify for licensure. The applicant shall attain the uniform passing grade established by the board through a psychometrically acceptable standard-setting procedure.
§
Subp. 5.
Equipment during examinations.
For the Architect Registration Examination, applicants shall only use the equipment approved by the examination delivery vendor.
