1565.1500 LABORATORY REQUIREMENTS.

After December 31, 2022, only laboratories registered with the Drug Enforcement Agency may conduct testing under this part. At a minimum, a laboratory conducting analytical testing of samples for delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration levels for purposes of the testing required by this chapter must:

A.

use the postdecarboxylation value method or other similarly reliable methods approved by the commissioner and the United States Department of Agriculture;

B.

determine and report the total delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration level on a dry weight basis;

C.

estimate and report the measurement of uncertainty with test results; and

D.

use appropriate, validated methods and procedures for all testing activities required under this chapter and evaluate the measurement of uncertainty.
