1525.2550 FEE.

A manufacturer shall pay a fee to the commissioner of agriculture for fluid milk processed and milk used in the manufacture of fluid milk products, as that term is defined in Minnesota Statutes, section 32D.01, subdivision 8, sold for retail in Minnesota. In accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 32D.12, the fee is eight cents per hundredweight.
