1525.0940 COMPLIANCE.

All containers and equipment which are purchased after the adoption of parts 1525.0920 and 1525.0930 shall be considered to be in compliance with parts 1525.0690 and 1525.0930 if they conform to the sanitary design and construction standards of Minnesota Statutes, sections 31.101, subdivision 12, and 32D.02, subdivision 8.
