1311.1301 SECTION 1301, GENERAL.

Section 1301.2 Conformance. IEBC section 1301.2 is amended to read as follows:

1301.2 Conformance. Buildings that are unsafe, as provided in Minnesota Rules, part 1300.0180, shall not be moved. Any repair, alteration, or change of occupancy undertaken within the moved structure shall comply with the requirements of this code applicable to the work being performed. Any field-fabricated elements shall comply with the requirements of the International Building Code.
