BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

new text begin (a) For a proposed shared work plan that meets the requirements of Minnesota Statutes, section 268.136, and notwithstanding subdivision 1, clause (4), of that section, the employee group for the shared work plan may include each participating employee who the employer certifies was first hired at least three months before the plan is submitted and who is not a seasonal, temporary, or intermittent worker. new text end
