An act
relating to counties; removing limit in county expenditures for soldiers' rest;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 375.36, subdivision 1.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
A county board may purchase a plot of ground in any duly organized cemetery lying, in whole or part, in the county, or in a contiguous county, to be designated and used exclusively as a soldiers' restdeleted text begin , anddeleted text end new text begin .
