Minnesota Session Laws - 2000, Regular Session

                            CHAPTER 281-H.F.No. 3156 
                  An act relating to highways; designating trunk highway 
                  No. 390, and marked as interstate highway I-35, the 
                  34th Infantry (Red Bull) Division Highway; amending 
                  Minnesota Statutes 1998, section 161.14, by adding a 
                  subdivision. 
        BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
           Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1998, section 161.14, is 
        amended by adding a subdivision to read: 
           Subd. 46.  [34TH INFANTRY (RED BULL) DIVISION 
        HIGHWAY.] Trunk highway No. 390, described in section 161.12 and 
        marked as interstate highway I-35, is named and designated as 
        the "34th Infantry (Red Bull) Division Highway."  Subject to the 
        provisions of section 161.139, the commissioner of 
        transportation shall adopt a suitable marking design to mark 
        this highway and shall erect appropriate signs.
