Laws of Minnesota 1990 CHAPTER 519-S.F.No. 2055 An act relating to appropriations; providing refunds of bond allocation deposits; appropriating money. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: Section 1. [MINNEAPOLIS BOND ALLOCATION DEPOSIT REFUND; APPROPRIATION.] The department of finance shall refund to the city of Minneapolis the deposit received during calendar year 1989 from the city of Minneapolis under Minnesota Statutes, section 474A.061, and retained by the department. $20,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the department of finance to refund the bond allocation deposit to the city of Minneapolis. Sec. 2. [KOOCHICHING COUNTY BOND ALLOCATION DEPOSIT REFUND; APPROPRIATION.] The department of finance shall refund to Koochiching county the bond allocation application deposit paid under Minnesota Statutes, chapter 474A, and retained by the department. $42,150 is appropriated from the general fund to the department of finance to refund the bond allocation deposit to Koochiching county. Sec. 3. [EFFECTIVE DATE.] Sections 1 and 2 are effective the day following final enactment. Presented to the governor April 24, 1990 Signed by the governor April 26, 1990, 11:42 p.m.
