BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: Section 1. [15.85] [DISCIPLINE FOR RACIAL HARASSMENT.] It is the policy of this state that each public employee has the right to work in an environment free from harassment based on race or disability and that any public employee who harasses another public employee because of disability, race, creed, color, or national origin will be subject to disciplinary action, including discharge.
