                         CHAPTER 8-S.F.No. 574 
           An act relating to natural resources; providing for a 
          deficiency in the appropriation for emergency deer 
          feeding; appropriating money.  
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
    Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
    $300,000 is appropriated from the game and fish fund to the 
commissioner of natural resources for emergency deer feeding.  
This appropriation is in addition to the appropriation in Laws 
1987, chapter 404, section 22, subdivision 7. 
    Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
    This act is effective the day following final enactment.
