BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 1988, section 43A.05, is amended by adding a subdivision to read: Subd. 7. [HUMAN RIGHTS.] The commissioner of human rights or any state court may use as evidence the results of any job evaluation system established under subdivision 5 of this section and the reports compiled under subdivision 5 of this section in any proceeding or action alleging discrimination. Sec. 2. Minnesota Statutes 1988, section 471.997, is amended to read: 471.997 [HUMAN RIGHTS ACT EXCEPTION.]NeitherThe commissioner of human rightsnoror any state courtshallmay useor consideras evidence the results of any job evaluation system established under section 471.994 and the reports compiled under section 471.995 in any proceeding or actioncommencedalleging discriminationbefore August 1, 1987,under chapter 363.
