Laws of Minnesota 1988 CHAPTER 545-H.F.No. 2246 An act relating to economic development; including labor organizations and community groups in the organizations that are eligible for assistance from various entities. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: Section 1. [ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIP.] The enterprise development partnership program established under Laws 1985, First Special Session, chapter 11, section 3, subdivision 9, must serve nonprofit organizations, including community groups and labor organizations, that have a viable proposal in the same manner that businesses would be served applying for assistance. Sec. 2. [SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY RESOURCE CENTER.] The science and technology resource center established under Laws 1985, First Special Session, chapter 11, section 6, subdivision 2, must serve nonprofit organizations, including community groups and labor organizations, that have a viable proposal in the same manner that businesses would be served applying for assistance. Sec. 3. [CUSTOMIZED TRAINING.] The customized training program established under Laws 1987, chapter 401, section 3, subdivision 2, must serve nonprofit organizations, including community groups and labor organizations, that have a viable proposal in the same manner that businesses would be served applying for assistance.
