Laws of Minnesota 1988 CHAPTER 488-H.F.No. 2254 An act relating to liquor; authorizing the city of Blaine to issue an on-sale intoxicating liquor license to the city of Blaine. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: Section 1. [PHEASANT RIDGE MUSIC CENTER.] The city of Blaine may issue an on-sale intoxicating liquor license to the operator of the Pheasant Ridge Music Center for the premises known as the Pheasant Ridge Music Center. The license shall be in addition to any other licenses authorized by law and shall authorize the dispensing of intoxicating liquor to persons attending events on the licensed premises for the period commencing one hour before the event and ending one-half hour before the end of the event. The license shall prohibit the sale of intoxicating liquor to the public or to any person attending or participating in any athletic event being held at the licensed premises. The council shall set the fee for the license. All provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 340A governing alcoholic beverages not inconsistent with this section apply to the license. Sec. 2. [LOCAL APPROVAL.] Section 1 is effective upon approval by the Blaine city council and compliance with Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021. Approved April 12, 1988
