Laws of Minnesota 1985 CHAPTER 92-H.F.No. 1226 An act relating to local government; permitting land transfer between Ramsey county and town of White Bear. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: Section 1. [RAMSEY COUNTY; WHITE BEAR; LAND TRANSFERS.] Ramsey county and the town of White Bear may transfer to each other either or both of the following described parcels of real property (a) Parcel One That part of the South 600 feet of the East 300 feet of the SE quarter of the SE quarter of Section 9, Township 30, Range 22, lying north of a line described as follows: beginning at a point on the East line of the said SE quarter, 370 feet north of the South line of said Section 9 thence westerly to a point on the West line of said East 300 feet thereof, and 513 feet north of said South section line, and there terminating. (b) Parcel Two Subject to Hammond Road, the west 237 feet of the East 537 feet of the South 233 feet of the SE quarter of the SE Quarter of Section 9, Township 30, Range 22. This section supersedes any inconsistent provision of Minnesota Statutes, section 383A.07, or other law. Sec. 2. [EFFECTIVE DATE.] Section 1 is effective after approval by the governing body of Ramsey county and the town board of White Bear the day after their compliance with Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021, subdivision 3.
