Laws of Minnesota 1985 CHAPTER 270-S.F.No. 565 An act relating to animals; prohibiting the use of a decompression chamber to destroy an animal; imposing a penalty; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 343. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: Section 1. [343.37] [DECOMPRESSION CHAMBERS PROHIBITED.] A person may not use a decompression chamber to destroy an animal. A violation of this section is a misdemeanor. Sec. 2. [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This act is effective June 1, 1986. Approved May 31, 1985
