Laws of Minnesota 1983 CHAPTER 21--S.F.No. 221 An act relating to state property; providing for the conveyance of certain property to the city of Tracy. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: Section 1. [TRACY LAND CONVEYANCE.] The commissioner of revenue shall convey, without money consideration, by quitclaim deed in a form approved by the attorney general, to the city of Tracy, all right, title, and interest of the state in the following described property: Part of the Northwest One-quarter of the Northwest One-quarter (NW1/4 NW1/4) of Section Twenty-four (24), Township One hundred nine (109), Range Forty (40), described as follows: Beginning at a point Four hundred thirty-five feet (435) North of Northwest corner of Block Four (4), Lichty's Third Addition to City of Tracy, thence running North Two hundred thirty-five feet (235) parallel with First East Street, thence running East Five hundred twenty-five feet (525) parallel with East Hollett Street, thence running South Two hundred thirty-five feet (235) parallel with First East Street, thence running West Five hundred twenty-five feet (525) parallel with East Hollett Street to place of beginning, all in Section Twenty-four (24), Township One hundred nine (109), Range Forty (40). Sec. 2. [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This act is effective the day after final enactment. Approved April 6, 1983
