Laws of Minnesota 1983 CHAPTER 10--S.F.No. 24 An act relating to health; removing the term "epileptic" from the Minnesota Statutes. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: Section 1. [INSTRUCTION TO REVISOR.] The revisor of statutes is directed to change the term "epileptic" wherever it may appear in Minnesota Statutes 1982 to "person having epilepsy" or similar terminology required to follow grammatical rules in Minnesota Statutes 1984 and subsequent editions of the statutes.
