Upon the return of any verdict and at the request of a party the jury shall be polled. Polling shall be conducted by the trial court or by the clerk at the trial court's direction by asking each juror: "Is the verdict read your verdict?"
In discharging the jury, the court shall:
(1) Thank the jury for its service;
(2) Not comment on the propriety of any verdict or failure to reach same;
(3) Advise the jurors that they may, but need not, speak with anyone about the case; and
(4) Specify where and when any jurors are to return for further service.
