Rule 10.Allocation of Lawyer Registration Fees

A.Registration Fees.

Lawyer registration fees paid pursuant to these Rules will be allocated as determined by the Court. The allocations will be published to the website of the Lawyer Registration Office at least two months before the payment due date.

B.Miscellaneous Fees.

Payments for duplicate license cards, certificates of good standing, late penalties, reinstatement fees, paper filing fees, and lists provided pursuant to Rule 23D will be allocated to the Lawyer Registration Office to defray registration costs.
