relating to commerce; appropriating money for unclaimed property compliance.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; UNCLAIMED PROPERTY COMPLIANCE.

$384,000 in fiscal year 2020 and $384,000 in fiscal year 2021 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of commerce for additional compliance efforts with respect
to unclaimed property. The commissioner may issue contracts for these services.
