relating to agriculture; transferring money for the agricultural best management
practices loan program.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin TRANSFER; AGRICULTURAL BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES
LOAN PROGRAM.

$1,000,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2023 are transferred from
the clean water fund to the appropriate agricultural and environmental revolving loan account
established under Minnesota Statutes, section 17.117, subdivision 5a, for low-interest loans
under Minnesota Statutes, section 17.117. These are onetime transfers.
