relating to capital investment; appropriating money for improvements at Riverview
Elementary school in the city of St. Paul.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$70,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of education for a grant to Independent School District No. 625, St. Paul, for design and
construction of site improvements, including grading, landscaping, and removal of buried
construction debris, to the playground area at Riverview Elementary. This appropriation is
available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section
16A.642.
