relating to energy; appropriating money for energy improvements at a wildlife
rehabilitation center.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

MINNESOTA.

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 116C.779, subdivision 1, paragraph (j),
$2,000,000 in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the renewable development account
under Minnesota Statutes, section 116C.779, subdivision 1, to the commissioner of commerce
for a grant to the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center of Minnesota to design and construct
in-ground pools for green water management, a geothermal heating and cooling system,
and solar panels.
