relating to state finances; establishing the coronavirus relief federal fund; depositing
money from the federal coronavirus relief fund.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin CORONAVIRUS RELIEF FEDERAL FUND.

new text begin The coronavirus relief federal fund is created in the state treasury. All money received
by the state under title V of Public Law 116-136 must be credited to the coronavirus relief
federal fund. Money in the fund is to pay expenses incurred by the state for the infectious
disease known as COVID-19. When all money credited to the fund has been spent, the
commissioner of management and budget shall close the fund.
