A bill for an act
 relating to transportation; establishing a fine amount for operating a motor vehicle
without meeting lighted headlamps and tail lamps requirements; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 169.48, by adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 169.48, is amended by adding a subdivision
to read:
